As a software publisher, CLASIS needed to be able to offer their users new functionalities on their Kyrielle CRM software. CLASIS has to maintain an intense development roadmap, while controlling the associated costs to ensure their competitiveness.
Clasis also faced difficulties recruiting staff quickly and retaining their employees in the long-term.
Reinforcing Clasis’ Team of PHP developers
Clasis called on us to build a team of PHP Symfony developers. This team came onboard to reinforce its French technical counterpart.
Our team works directly with Clasis' French developers via various communication means. We employ direct communication tools (Skype), which allows for efficient and quick exchanges between teams, in addition to task management communication tools (ActiveCollab), which allow the monitoring of all tickets, their progression and the ability to communicate during the different phases of the project.
From 1 to 13 full-time developers for Clasis, we evolved from subcontractor to strategic partner.
Flexibility to follow project growth.
After integrating the first developer into the Clasis project, and based on the success of the collaboration, the number of team members gradually increased to reach 13 full-time developers. These teams have their own project management system and work directly with Clasis’ customers and their internal development team.
In parallel, we have strengthened the Clasis service offer by allowing them to sell specific web to their customers, so they can now propose a complete digital offer.
